Solutions Architect

Vicarius is an Israeli-born cybersecurity startup backed by tier-1 investors from San Francisco, Portugal, and Tel Aviv. Vicarius is tackling the biggest challenge of all: security vulnerabilities. Our platform, vRx, is a simple, self-serve product that helps companies identify, prioritize, and fix security threats in an integrated, automated, and innovative way.

After successfully closing our Series B funding round, we’re looking for a hardworking, tech-savvy professional with a passion for IT and problem-solving.

Your responsibilities will include selling our vRx product to new customers and ensuring our existing customers remain satisfied, taking their happiness to the next level! You’ll be the face of the company to customers, and their voice within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with leads to understand their requirements and determine if our product is the solution to their problem.
  • Create sales presentations that clearly convey the value proposition to prospects.
  • Communicate customer use cases to the product team and collaborate with them to ensure optimal product fit.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to become a technical expert on the product.
  • Train customer teams on product use and identify (and resolve) issues in their processes.
  • Set and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and improve inefficiencies in the sales process.
  • Attend professional events and workshops to build and maintain networks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling and troubleshooting enterprise IT environments (networks, systems, security) - A MUST.
  • 5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect for SaaS companies - A MUST.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity terminology - A MUST.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems, including Linux, Mac, and Windows, and troubleshooting.
  • A desire to work as part of a small, flexible, do-it-all team — self-driven, proactive, and excellent at time management.
  • Understanding of the enterprise cybersecurity ecosystem and processes.
  • Confidence in public speaking.
