Vicarius is an Israeli-born cybersecurity startup backed by tier-1 investors from San Francisco and Tel Aviv. Vicarius is set to solve the biggest challenge of all: security vulnerabilities. The Vicarius powered platform, vRx, is a simple and self-serve product that helps IT professionals identify, prioritize and fix security threats in an integrated, automated, and non-traditional manner.

We are a remote-first startup, with 300% growth YoY (for 3 years in a row!), currently looking for a sales rockstar to join our US team. The ideal candidate will have experience in product-led growth companies that successfully implemented an inbound approach for user acquisition. Since vRx can serve itself (with a lot of inbound leads!), we are looking for a go-getter that will bring additional outbound leads (along with a dedicated BDR), nurture them, and turn them into happy customers. We see a huge advantage for candidates who have demonstrated success in the early stages of marketing-driven companies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal pipeline; nurture and close inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Manage a dedicated BDR on prospecting direct clients and through channels
  • Work with the sales engineering team to assist prospects with tech challenges
  • Lead sales call for mid and large-sized companies
  • Sets and achieves quotas on a quarterly basis
  • Conduct product demos and have a customer-facing technical attitude
  • Enhancing processes to achieve lead generation goals, report on metrics, and obtain KPIs
  • Adopting prospecting process and methodology
  • Provide manager with reports on pipeline and quarter performance

Requirements

  • A hands-on sales professional that carries his/her own quota
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales positions for SaaS companies
  • Proven sales prospecting experience
  • Proven record of quota attainment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent people skills
  • Experienced with Hubspot, Hotjar, and other collateral systems

Required Knowledge

  • Knowledge of SaaS-based security products
  • Understanding of the enterprise cybersecurity ecosystem and processes
