Sr Technical Manager, GTM Systems This role is part of the IT GTM (Go-To-Market) Systems team responsible for internal applications that support Sales, Marketing, Services, Customer Success, and Partner functions. The Technical Manager will lead a team of Salesforce engineers while remaining hands-on in solution architecture and platform governance. The right candidate combines strong people's leadership with deep Salesforce technical expertise across configuration, automation, customization, integration patterns, release management, and platform scalability. This person will coach engineers, drive delivery excellence, partner with business and IT stakeholders, and ensure the team builds secure, reliable, and extensible solutions aligned to enterprise standards. In this role you will… • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Salesforce engineers through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, career development planning, and day-to-day delivery support. • Own technical delivery for Salesforce and related GTM platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, supportable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. • Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and GTM stakeholders (Sales, Sales Ops, Service Ops, Deal Desk) to rapidly translate high-level business requirements into effort estimates — using t-shirt sizing (S/M/L/XL) with clearly stated assumptions — to enable early prioritization and planning decisions. • Operate effectively in an agile delivery model where requirements evolve; proactively identify scope changes, reassess estimates with updated assumptions, and communicate impact to stakeholders quickly to minimize delivery disruption. • Provide hands-on technical leadership in Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, security model, data model design, and environment strategy. • Review solution designs, code, and deployment plans to ensure quality, maintainability, performance, and adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Drive platform modernization and technical debt reduction by improving legacy implementations, optimizing automation, strengthening integrations, and evolving reusable design patterns. • Establish and govern engineering practices for source control, CI/CD, sandbox management, release management, testing strategy, and production support. • Manage team capacity, sprint commitments, delivery risks, and operational priorities across a global delivery model with onsite and offshore resources. • Support hiring, onboarding, and team planning activities, and help build a high-performing, inclusive engineering culture focused on accountability, learning, and collaboration. • Take ownership of escalated production issues and cross-functional dependencies, driving timely resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. #LI-Onsite
