Associate Manager, Engineering
This role is Office Based, Pune OfficeAs a Associate Manager, you’ll lead a team of around 10 talented professionals, helping them grow, delivering impactful projects, and still keeping your hands in the tech when it matters most. We’re looking for an Associate Manager who’s excited to take their first step into people leadership while staying close to the technology they love.
In this role, you will…
- Lead a team of ~10 engineers, creating an environment where people can do their best work.
- Share your technical expertise in .NET, AWS, and React by mentoring, coaching, and unblocking your team.
- Partner with senior managers to set direction and make sure the team’s work drives real business value.
- Keep projects moving forward and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
- Be a strong communicator — inside the team and with stakeholders.
- Balance people leadership with hands-on technical contribution.
You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have…
- Strong technical background in .NET development, cloud (AWS), and modern front-end frameworks (React).
- 3–5 years of professional experience with proven technical depth.
- Clear, confident communication skills — you can explain complex ideas simply.
- A genuine interest in helping others grow while still building and solving problems yourself.
- Experience in Agile teams is a plus.
