Role and Responsibilities:
Technical writing: You will produce clear, well-organized, and concise documentation that effectively explains cybersecurity features and presents complex technical concepts in an engaging and accessible manner
Rapid familiarisation and query resolution: You will quickly get up to speed on our technology and processes, actively seeking information from experts and resources.
Frequent and proactive collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Timely delivery: You will manage multiple documentation projects, ensuring all materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Effective self-management: You will independently prioritize and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while providing regular status updates and maintaining an up-to-date roadmap.
