The Role:

Panaseer is looking for a Sales Account Executive

As part of our sales team, you will develop customer relationships and bring transformative solutions to meet your client’s cyber security business objectives. You will be responsible for direct sales of SaaS solutions, related services and support, and assisting the team with the overall customer relationship. As an enterprise sales executive you will not only convert leads, but participate in your own pipeline development including potentially with partners

Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and exec sponsors to ensure they are achieving desired outcomes
  • Create and present compelling business proposals
  • Quote and close software and services purchases
  • Actively work sales pipeline to meet sales goals
  • Achieve operational sales activity metrics
  • Achieve established revenue goals for your customers by working consistently to grow revenue opportunities
  • Participate in sales planning as a member of the sales team
  • Participate in team planning of operational best practices with extended Panaseer teams
  • Collaborate closely with the Services and Customer Success organizations to create an ideal customer experience
  • Develop territory, account and opportunity plans to align the company resources around your success and communicate expectations cross-functionally
  • Drive new business growth through greater customer advocacy and reference-ability
  • Act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvements in the product and our processes

Preferred Experience:

  • 7+ years of direct enterprise sales experience in SaaS, with preference in the areas of cyber security, risk management, security posture management, GRC, and/or the data management space
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills along with an ability to work with a broad range of internal and external clients
  • Proven experience self-motivating within a high-performing, fast-paced team
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • MEDDPICC training
  • BA/BSc degree

Required Experience:

  • Proven history of success selling software and services
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at a senior executive a C-level
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills along with an ability to work with a broad range of internal and external clients
  • Eagerness to learn (growth mindset)
  • Manage complex sales cycles, navigating buyer personas, internal teams and decision makers
  • Utilise your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, customer success, marketing, product and the leadership team
  • Flexibility to travel as needed, less than 25%
