About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented product leader who will be responsible for shaping and driving the full lifecycle of our Lucidworks Search product, from initial concept to successful customer adoption. This is a highly technical product role that reports directly to the VP of Product and requires close collaboration with Engineering to navigate technical challenges, with Client Success and customers to identify pain points, and with Sales to fuel business growth.
This person excels not only in discovery, analysis, and communication but also in execution and follow-through, ensuring that product roadmaps are delivered on time and aligned with client needs. You will influence the company’s trajectory by bridging functional roles, technical teams, and diverse personalities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization. Additionally, you will be adept at discussing product vision and strategy both internally and with external stakeholders, including partners, current clients, and prospects.
This role encompasses everything from analysis, roadmapping, and working with Engineering, to pricing, enablement, documentation, demos, go-to-market strategies, and ultimately, driving adoption.
This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the US.
