About the Role:
The Senior Director, Product Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and driving Interos’ product marketing vision across our supply chain risk intelligence portfolio. This leader will own messaging and positioning, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, analyst relations, and sales enablement—ensuring our platform is clearly differentiated in an increasingly complex market landscape.

Reporting to the Chief Product and Technology Officer, this role partners closely with executive leadership across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to shape category narrative, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue growth. The Senior Director will lead and scale a high-performing product marketing team while serving as a visible internal and external evangelist for Interos’ platform and thought leadership in supply chain risk management, cyber risk, ESG, and third-party risk domains.

This is a high-impact leadership role requiring both strategic orientation and operational rigor, with accountability for measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:
• Define and operationalize a comprehensive product marketing strategy aligned to company growth objectives, market expansion, and category leadership.
• Own global messaging and positioning frameworks, ensuring differentiation across supply chain risk, cyber, ESG, regulatory compliance, and third-party risk use cases.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and launch execution for new products, features, integrations, and market expansions, including planning, enablement, and post-launch analysis.
• Build, mentor, and scale a world-class product marketing team, establishing clear KPIs, performance metrics, and development pathways.
• Drive a robust competitive intelligence function that delivers actionable insights, battlecards, win/loss analysis, and strategic market assessments to executive leadership and field teams.
• Oversee pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Product and Finance to ensure market competitiveness and revenue optimization.
• Lead analyst relations strategy, building strong engagement models with key industry analysts and ensuring Interos is accurately positioned in relevant market reports.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership to design and deliver impactful sales enablement programs, ensuring field teams can articulate value propositions and competitive differentiation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align product roadmap, market feedback, and customer insights into cohesive market narratives.
• Represent Interos externally at conferences, analyst briefings, customer engagements, and executive forums as a subject matter expert and thought leader.
• Establish performance dashboards to measure launch effectiveness, pipeline influence, content utilization, win rates, and analyst impact.

What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12–15+ years of progressive enterprise SaaS product marketing experience, including leadership of high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success owning GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging in complex B2B enterprise environments.
• Deep experience in competitive intelligence, analyst relations, and market category development.
• Strong domain familiarity with supply chain risk management, cybersecurity, third-party risk, ESG, or related regulatory/compliance ecosystems.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Track record of launching products that materially contributed to revenue growth and market expansion.
• Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience operating effectively in high-growth or scale-up environments with evolving priorities.

Compensation

Base Salary Range:$1780,000 - $237,000 (depending on experience and location)

Variable Compensation: Performance-based annual bonus

Equity: Stock options included as part of total compensation package

Work Environment, Location and Travel:

This is a remote-first role open to candidates legally authorized to work in the United States. Employees may optionally work from our Arlington, VA HQ. This position may require up to minimal travel.
