About interos.ai
interos.ai is defining the category of supply chain risk intelligence, building the world’s most trusted and transparent supply chains. Our pioneering platform automates the discovery and continuous monitoring of supply chain risk across every tier — enabling faster, data-driven threat mitigation and resilience at global scale.
As the first and only automated supplier intelligence platform, interos.ai gives organizations real-time visibility into extended supply chains to protect against regulatory exposure, unethical labor, cyber threats, and systemic vulnerabilities — all under a single pane of glass.
With customers across the commercial, government, and public sectors — including Global Fortune 500 enterprises and members of the Five Eyes nations — interos.ai offers a unique opportunity to help shape an early, fast-growing market that’s transforming global security and economic resilience.

About the role
We’re seeking a highly motivated Graduate Data Analyst to join our Applied AI team, contributing to supply-chain-relevant research, rapid-turn analyses, and foundational modeling work that powers the interos.ai platform.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career — a recent graduate or rising analyst passionate about data, modeling, and global systems. You’ll support research, evaluate data quality and conceptual validity, apply a range of analytic techniques, and help transform complex insights into accessible, customer-ready outputs.
You’ll work alongside computational social scientists, data scientists, and AI/ML engineers to strengthen the intelligence that drives our platform — all while gaining exposure to a fast-paced AI startup environment tackling global-scale challenges.

What you will do
  • Support end-to-end modeling workflows — including variable identification, dataset evaluation, feature development, data cleaning, and model design.
  • Conduct rapid-turn analyses using SQL and Python, ensuring results are robust, theoretically grounded, and aligned to domain-specific supply chain context.
  • Apply critical thinking to assess research design, data quality, conceptual validity, and methodological fit for purpose.
  • Leverage a range of analytic techniques, including statistical modeling, machine learning, and emerging GenAI tools.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of customer-facing intelligence before data reaches production environments.
  • Build automated and manual data review processes to enhance data integrity and streamline recurring validation workflows.
  • Transform technical insights into accessible deliverables such as presentations, white papers, blogs, and internal briefs.
  • Develop reproducible workflows that support decision-making across internal teams and research initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Applied AI, Product, Engineering, and Supply Chain domain experts to deliver high-quality, data-driven insights.

What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant social science field (economics, political science, international relations, public policy, sociology, etc.) with quantitative coursework, OR equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python — comfortable extracting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data.
  • Demonstrated ability to write efficient SQL queries and manipulate large, multi-disciplinary datasets.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis, machine learning concepts, or applied modeling in a real-world or academic context.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and genuine passion for working in data-driven organizations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a highly cross-functional environment and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Background, coursework, or demonstrated interest in supply chains, economics, political science, international relations, national security, sustainability, finance, or climate-related disciplines.
  • A self-starter mentality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced AI startup environment.
What We Offer
  • Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO) + 10 paid holidays
  • Career growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling AI organization
  • Employee referral bonuses and recognition programs
  • A flexible, remote-first work environment that empowers you to do your best work
  • A culture rooted in trust, accountability, and collaboration
