About the Role: As a Program Manager, you’ll play a key part in shaping what we build and how we build it - owning the execution of cross-functional initiatives that bring innovative product features to life on our platform. You’ll partner with engineering, design, applied AI, and go-to-market teams to define feature scope and success metrics, orchestrate delivery, and continuously improve outcomes based on user feedback and performance data. This is a hands-on role that demands sharp product thinking, operational rigor, and strong cross-functional leadership. What You’ll Do: - Lead the execution of complex, cross-functional roadmap initiatives across planning, requirements definition, delivery, and stakeholder coordination.
- Translate strategic goals and customer needs into clear product requirements and success criteria.
- Define, track, and communicate feature-level KPIs - using data to drive iteration and continuous improvement.
- Guide discovery and scope definition for new product capabilities
- Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness with engineering and design.
- Monitor progress across teams, mitigate risks, and ensure feature delivery stays aligned to roadmap priorities and timelines.
- Drive clarity and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders including Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, promote best practices, and foster a culture of delivery excellence.
- Build subject matter expertise in the Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) space to inform decisions and roadmap planning.
- Communicate effectively at all levels—from day-to-day team updates to executive briefings that tell a compelling product story.
What You Bring: - 2+ years of program or project management experience with a bachelor's degree, or 1+ years with a master’s degree.
- Proven experience in fast-paced environments such as big data, AI/ML, supply chain, or logistics.
- Demonstrated success working within multi-disciplinary engineering or product teams.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Expertise in Agile principles and the ability to lead Agile delivery teams.
- Ability to assess and mitigate risk, ensuring smooth execution across initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.

- Compensation range is base salary of $. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.

Compensation - Base Salary Range: $72,000 - $96,000 USD (depending on experience and location)
- Variable Compensation: Performance-based annual bonus
- Equity: Stock options included as part of total compensation package
