About the role:

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Professional Services engagements across key OT verticals in Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC region. You will provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to help organizations strengthen their OT security posture and operational resilience. Additionally, you will collaborate with Dragos teams to drive innovation and ensure successful implementation of cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead ICS/OT Cybersecurity Professional Services Engagements including architecture reviews, compromise assessments and tabletop exercises for customers across various verticals including electric, oil and gas, water treatment, government and manufacturing.
Deliver findings and recommendations documentation at the end of each engagement. This includes presenting to customers and addressing questions and concerns.
Perform Scope of Work (SOW) reviews, Rules of Engagement (ROE) development, and other documentation-related tasks.
Collaborate cross-functionally to turn insights from customer engagements into research and innovation projects to fuel Dragos technology advancement (i.e., training material, Dragos Platform playbooks, etc.)
Provide strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and customers, using persuasive communication to align services delivery with broader business priorities.
Represent Dragos externally, engaging in efforts such as webinars, whitepapers and industry conferences, established the organization as a thought leader in OT cybersecurity.

Qualifications

Must reside in Saudi Arabia.
7+ years of relevant hands-on experience in either cybersecurity service delivery or operational technology (OT) asset management.
Strong knowledge in ICS/OT Cybersecurity (i.e., OT system environments, risks, threats, vulnerabilities, frameworks and standards).
Hands-on experience with common cybersecurity toolsets used to collect and analyze data from networks and/or host devices.
Ability to collect and analyze network data in order to characterize and baseline networks, validate documented state, and identify malicious or anomalous activity.
Ability to write concise, high-quality reports that directly support customer and engagement success criteria.
Excellent social, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to facilitate training and present complex analytical data to a variety of audiences.
Willingness to travel as needed for onsite engagements.

Compensation

Salary: SAR 480,000
