About the role:
This person will play a key role in shaping the success of our NP-View product. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the product meets industry standards and exceeds customer expectations for data quality, usability, and accuracy. You’ll leverage your expertise in network configurations, firewalls, and protocols to analyze, validate, and optimize the product’s functionality. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver a reliable, intuitive, and high-performing solution that supports critical customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Work with sales teams to understand customer network environments to capture business and technical requirements.
- Make recommendations on potential product improvements to the product development team according to customer feedback.
- Provide technical insight during the development cycle working with product management during the requirement shaping process, reviewing UI mock-ups for usability and accuracy as well assisting in UAT providing quantitative feedback on new feature.
- Develop test cases across various vendor platforms to validate NP-View operation and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of major vendors’ networking products configurations, operations, and deployments (e.g. Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting dynamic routing protocols, NAT, VLANs (Layer 2), Security (ACLs), etc.
- Experience with public and private cloud solutions (e.g. AWS, Azure, NSX, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong technical presentation skills
- Fast learning of complex technologies
- Previous Network Operations and/or NOC/SOC experience
Compensation
- Base Salary: $150,000
