About the role:

The Director, EMEA Regional Marketing will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Dragos’s marketing efforts across the EMEA region.


In this role, you’ll work with marketing and sales teams to strengthen Dragos’s brand, generate new business, and grow existing customer relationships. You'll also collaborate with leadership to implement and oversee marketing plans, while managing local agencies in key markets like the UK, DACH, and the Middle East.


Reporting to the Senior Director of Field & Partner Marketing, you’ll play a key role in refining the EMEA go-to-market strategy to ensure efficient and scalable growth.

Location: This is a remote position based in the UK, requiring flexibility in schedule to accommodate international time zones.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an EMEA wide marketing strategy for YoY pipeline and business growth.
  • Build and deliver agile regional programs to enhance brand awareness, grow new and existing pipeline, and strengthen customer loyalty across EMEA.
  • Own and manage the regional budget as part of the annual planning process, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall go-to-market strategy and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure alignment across teams and support the EMEA sales organization in achieving business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on EMEA marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending adjustments.
  • Identify and manage local marketing agencies, providing clear direction and expectations.
  • Support and enhance channel partner and reseller relationships, driving strategic activities aligned with regional objectives.
  • Stay informed on EMEA market trends and adapt programs accordingly to ensure relevance and impact

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the marketing landscape, practices, and customs across EMEA, with a focus on the UK, DACH, and Middle East regions.
  • Proven experience in defining and executing marketing strategies that align with both regional and global business goals.
  • Hands-on experience managing programs in the UK, DACH and/or Middle East, and identifying and working with local agencies to execute sub-regional strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with a history of building influential relationships at senior levels, both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of anticipating challenges and delivering practical solutions.
  • Quick decision-maker, able to adapt in real-time without the need for extensive coaching.
  • Skilled at engaging with stakeholders at all levels and making data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills with keen attention to detail
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Availability to travel up to 25%.
