Job Description

DeepSee delivers an open and flexible agentic platform to accelerate AI adoption for financial services in front, middle, and back-office operations. Our cloud-based platform seamlessly integrates with existing bank architectures, whether they’re just starting their AI transformation journey or looking to enhance existing in-house capabilities with Agentic AI solutions. With DeepSee’s pre-trained & pre-configured agents, banking and capital markets firms can automate and orchestrate manual, repetitive tasks—freeing domain experts for strategic work, reducing risk, and streamlining operations to drive greater efficiency.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to drive the strategy, execution, and delivery of core platform features across our agentic AI, workflow automation, and data processing product lines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, AI, and customer-centric problem solving—someone who can translate complex technical challenges into clear product requirements and guide cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional enterprise-grade solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Own the technical translation of the product roadmap for key components of DeepSee’s agentic automation platform, into technical requirements and JIRA tickets that are ready for the engineering teams to deliver key capabilities with customer needs and industry trends
  • Deeply understand the financial services domain, including operational workflows, regulatory considerations, and integration patterns
  • Identify high-impact opportunities leveraging Agentic AI to transform enterprise operations and use those same tools to optimize the organization and delivery within the product team
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market assessments to inform prioritization and product positioning

Technical Product Ownership

  • Translate complex customer workflows, data requirements, and system interactions into clear, actionable product requirements and PRDs
  • Partner closely with Engineering to design scalable solutions grounded in modern architecture patterns, including microservices, event-driven design, and API-first integration that are prioritized in an optimal way to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with engineers to evaluate technical tradeoffs, scope features, and refine acceptance criteria
  • Ensure product features meet enterprise-grade reliability, security, and performance expectations
  • Work with QA to define test plans, user acceptance criteria, and scenarios for automation-heavy environments

AI & Automation Product Capabilities

  • Partner with AI/ML teams to define product capabilities using LLMs, agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph), AI observability, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop review flows
  • Shape product experiences involving intelligent document extraction, classification, and knowledge workflows
  • Translate model performance needs into feature requirements
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the AI ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Foundry, and enterprise agent frameworks, to inform product direction

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and executive leadership to drive alignment and predictable execution
  • Serve as the connective tissue between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clarity, context, and transparency
  • Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and dependencies across the organization
  • Represent Product in solution reviews and architecture discussions

Required Experience & Skills

Core Product & Technical Skills

  • 6+ years of product management experience with a strong technical foundation
  • Strong system architecture literacy—capable of understanding APIs, data pipelines, microservices, and event-driven systems
  • Experience working with AI-driven or automation-heavy products
  • Ability to write highly detailed PRDs, workflow diagrams, user stories, and technical requirement documents
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools to expedite and enhance product documentation and requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics and data to drive product decisions

Industry Experience

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or capital markets; familiarity with compliance, workflow, and regulatory constraints
  • Background in enterprise SaaS or data-intensive platforms

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a bias toward action and clarity

  • Ability to leverage AI tools (GitHub, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate research, documentation, and analysis
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Haves

Advanced Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel)
  • Understanding of LLM prompt engineering, evaluation, and observability
  • Experience with data extraction frameworks, knowledge graphs, or enterprise document processing
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience designing products around event-driven systems, Kafka pipelines, or large-scale data processing

Domain Expertise

  • Deep understanding of financial operations workflows
  • Experience building automation, document-processing, or compliance-driven enterprise products
