As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) you will have opportunities that will influence a variety of cybersecurity decision makers to improve their technology infrastructure to protect from cyberthreats. If you have a passion for helping customers meet their security needs, we want to hear from you. This position is required to be onsite in Augusta, Georgia.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand unique MSP needs and requirements and propose creative solutions to meet needs and close deals
- Work qualified opportunities for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Generate quotes
- Maintain high quality of Sales Force hygiene
- Mentor and train MSP BDRs as required
- Up to 30% travel required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
- Sales experience in a SaaS environment with a proven record of understanding customer needs or similar experience preferred
- Experience in a commission, bonus, and/or metrics-driven environment preferred
- Consultative sales experience with the ability to innovate
- Proven track record of exceeding annual quota
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Strong technical acumen along with strong computer skills
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently but also as a contributing member of sales team
- Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Experience using a CRM or other customer management software
- Ability to commute and work in Augusta, GA office on a full-time basis
