Inside Sales Representative

The purpose of this position is to play a fundamental role in achieving our committed customer database and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. This position is located in Augusta, Georgia.


  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand unique MSP needs and requirements and propose creative solutions to meet needs and close deals
  • Work qualified opportunities for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Generate quotes
  • Maintain high quality of Sales Force hygiene
  • Mentor and train MSP BDRs as required
  • Up to 30% travel required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years’ sales experience in a SaaS environment with a proven record of understanding customer needs or similar experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in a commission, bonus, and/or metrics-driven environment
  • Consultative sales experience with the ability to innovate
  • Proven track record of exceeding annual quota
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Strong technical acumen along with strong computer skills
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently but also as a contributing member of sales team
  • Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Experience using a CRM or other customer management software
  • Ability to commute and work in Augusta, GA office on a full-time basis
